Three-section roller
The three-section idler often has inflexible operation during work, and is not resistant to impact and has a short service life. The utility model has a simple structure. The two ends of the bottom roller are respectively connected with a universal joint, and the two side rollers are respectively connected into one body through a spring shaft, and the side rollers and the supporting roller frame are connected by a suspended floating bearing box. The utility model replaces the original six bearings with two bearings, which not only reduces the cost but also reduces the power consumption, adopts the spring shaft to improve the impact resistance performance and prolong the service life. The three supporting rollers are all formed by a hinged group structure of three supporting rollers, that is, the three supporting rollers are connected together by a connecting plate, and the hinged group of supporting rollers are hung on the longitudinal beam of the belt conveyor through a hook. The role of the three-section idler is to support the weight of the conveyor belt and the material. The idler can run flexibly. Reducing the friction between the conveyor belt and the idler roller plays a key role in the life of the conveyor belt, which accounts for more than 25% of the total cost of the conveyor. Although the roller is a small part in the belt conveyor and the structure is not complicated, it is not easy to manufacture the roller.
The main classification of rollers:
1. According to the material, it is divided into rubber roller, ceramic roller, nylon roller and insulating roller.
2. There are mainly trough roller groups, various parallel roller groups, various self-aligning roller groups, and various buffer roller groups.
(1) Groove idlers include ordinary idlers, forward inclined idlers, quick-change bearing idlers, hanging idlers, triple chain idlers, reversible idlers, variable groove angle idlers, and transitional idlers. Roller, V-shaped roller, etc.;
(2) Parallel idlers include ordinary idlers, comb idlers, forward inclined idlers, steel rubber idlers, spiral idlers, etc.;
(3) Self-aligning rollers include universal rollers, friction reversible rollers, roller rollers, cone rollers, spiral rollers, combined rollers, etc.;
(4) Buffer rollers include spring plate rollers, buffer ring rollers, buffer rollers, adjustable elastic rollers, hanging rollers, etc.;
Operation of the three-section roller:
1. Before using the roller, check the appearance carefully for any serious bumps and damage. The rotating roller should rotate flexibly without jamming.
2. The installation distance of the rollers should be calculated according to the type of logistics and the characteristics of the conveyor, and to avoid excessive or dense installation.
3. The roller installation should be adapted to avoid friction between each other.
